My main goal is to hear the questions and concerns about your hair, and provide realistic solutions. Please take a moment to read through the Policy section to ensure your appointment runs smoothly and all your needs are taken care off.

Cancellations

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. It's totally understandable.

If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give give me a call or send a message/email letting me know.

Failure to notify me will result in a $50 charge for same day, no-show clients.

Tardiness

Please be courteous to other clients and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. If you see you are running late, please let me know so I can minimize any disruption to my schedule.

No Shows

Same day cancellations and no shows will result in a $150 charge for colour services and $50 for haircut/styling services.

Guarantee & Refunds

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let me know during your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. I'm committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on my side, to offer you a refund. Curly hair is a journey, trust the process!

Health History

For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert me immediately.

Right To Refuse Service

As a stylist I hold the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Appointment Prep

For all services, please ensure that your hair is detangled and styled in it's natural state upon arrival to your appointment. Clients that are receiving a Highlight or Balayage service, please ensure your hair is 100% detangled, FREE of ANY OILS, BUTTERS, SHEA, LEAVE-INS - your hair should be clean and free of all products. Failure to properly prepare for your appointment may result in your appointment being rescheduled or an additional fee may be added to your service. Please send an email for further instructions on how to prep your hair for colour services.

Additional Policies

Due to the size of my studio, I ask that no guests, children or pets accompany to your appointment.  Please do not bring any food to your appointment.
